Edge Customer Service
Recently, my truck's ECM was flashed by a bricked Edge Evo tuner. Long story short, I called Edge, explained the situation, and after a ten minute phone call, I have a NEW tuner WITH a stock writer being OVERNIGHTED to me AT NO COST TO ME. Say what you will about generic tunes, but Edge's customer service is hard to beat.

i didnt have as good luck. i put the evolution 2 on my 01 and it tripped my water in fuel light. after my second call to them the got pretty irritated at me and told me it had nothing to do with their product, but the first guy i talked to knew of the issue. i like the features and performance but i am pissed at their response. thanks for listening, jim.
