D.I.Y. Cab Off Restoration

I'm searching all over looking for anyone that has written up the cab-off procedure. I've found lots of info, even good pics. Most of the info is rather generic. What I'm looking for is "here are the 15 things to disconnect before lifting and a few hints to make it go smoother." "And here are the extra steps for a (fill in the blank) __________ (Regular, Extended, Crew) Cab removal."

I already know it can be done and is done routinely (especially with '08 and later!), but I haven't found a more specific write-up yet. Based on what I've read and seen so far, I can figure it out, but I would rather already have the info in hand rather than discover as I'm about to hoist that I forgot the emergency brake line.
