What axle do I have?
I've looked everywhere - doing brakes on a 2003 F350 dually and I've pulled the rear axles to install the new rotors, etc. Nowhere can I find which axle's I have so I can find the appropriate torque specs, etc. What axles are on this thing? How can I find out?

Sorry don't know off the top of my head but try this. Look on the axle cover and it will have a set of number around it, then look in a Chiltions, or Hyanes manual it will tell you what diffrent #'s mean. 1:10 or 3:73 ect.. If you don't have one of those manuals post the diffrent sets of #'s and I can look them up for you. |
