Converting '08 6.4 L F-250 pwr stroke to an F-350 Dually Rear End?

Hello, I'm new to this forum and I had a few questions for you guys.

I'm doing research for my boss who is interested in converting his '08 6.4L Power Stroke F-250 to a dually set up. My father owns an F-350 and they both tow 40ft. fith wheels on the weekends. My boss already has air bags however I believe he would like more towing capacity and stability.

So, what would it take (new diff., new axels, new brakes, wheels, bed, wiring) to convert an '08 F-250 to a dually? My concern is frying the F-250 rear diff. by not providing the necessary parts, or adding too large of a load to the diff.
Thanks all,

-Greg
