Toasted front end

I have a 2000 F250 with the dana 60 front end. Everything is tore up except the gears. I need to know if a junk yard front end is a sound purchase or rebuild the one I have or even buy a new one? Where can I get good parts for a good Price? Where can I find a new Complete front end?

the axels are bad. The only thing good are the gears and housing. The previous owner must have tore it up. I have only had it on pavement.

The local dealership wants 3000 bucks for all the parts. Is there a web site that i can get them from for less?

What is your location. I maybe able to find you the whole axle. But if your far away then your best bet is to rebuild the one you have.

Google Dana60 rebuild kits. You will find a bunch of places to get parts.

Um yeah your better off finding one. If I find it the cost of buying it and the cost to ship it. Well you could rebuild yours for about the same cost.
