Hub nut torque asap
I am replacing my wheel joint on the driver side of a 97 F350 powerstroke. Dana 60 front. I just realized that I have no clue how to torque the hub nut back down. Can anyone help me here? its sitting in my driveway in pieces.

Umm. I'll take a shot....
I don't remember right but I think Ford says to torque them from 110-125lb-ft.

Oh wow. That sounds right for the outer nut but that would be wayt o tight for the inner. It would cook the bearings.

Actually that doesnt sound right, if only I could find my workshop manual.

Im in the same boat the front axle is in pieces in the street.

OK so I found one that said 50 ft-LBS inside then back it off 1/4 turn then 150ft-LBS on the jam nut. Thats what I put my hubs to.
