96 No speedometer reading

Went offroading today. No speedometer reading now. went through mud and rivers. Took the harness off, no contamination. Trans is giving OD OFF OFF OFF OFF OFF OFF flash.

is there any way to test if the circut has power, how to take the plug out??

spped sensor is on the rear axle check the harnees going to it

disconnected it, looked at it, put it back in and it worked... perhaps water contamination?

nope, interior lights fuse. it was broken from force and wobbled and would make a connection
