Yesterday as I pulled out of my mud pit of a drive way in 4 wheel drive there was a clunck in the front end. Since then I have problems turning right, it will go so far and then stop dead as though there is something hard stoping it, although it will sometimes turn just fine. I have an 04 F250 4x4 crew cab. I have only had it about 3 months and it has about 120,000 on it. The truck is bone stock, for now. Any ideas where to start? I am also only getting 14mpg any ideas on that?

Found the problem
It turns out that i damaged the steering stablizer enough that it would not compress the rest of the way. I guess it should have a skid plate covering it. The stablizer was dented in perty good.
