Help for the love of god

This trucks driving me insane

1999.5 7.3 ext cab short bed 4x4 (no front abs)

In the past month ive done new brakes, calipers, pads, front shocks and replaced the drivers side wheel bearing and u joint, also put a rough country stabilizer on the front.. things have improved but since i bought the truck ive always heard this faint rattle from the front end when hitting bumps.. its almost like the sound of a loose bracket bouncing around.. i cant pin point where its coming from, its driving me absolutely insane.. i cant tell if its a serious problem or just something to disregard..

can anyone pleeeeeeease recommend things that come loose that i should inspect?? or things to tighten.. im going to be under there tomorrow tightening every bolt i see.. can there be something loose in my passenger wheel?
Thanks ahead, im down 1000$ in parts already

is your exhaust hitting anything anywhere, or real close to anything? thatll cause a rattle if its up front by the down pipe

A loose track bar will make noise at the bracket when hitting bumps.
