help 02 ex wont run p1212 code

i was on my way home today when my 02 ex with a 7.3 started running real rough. it eventually just stalled and i cant get it to start again . im getting a code p1212 injector control pressure below desired(engine cranking). i tried a few things like checked oil level, unplugged icp sensor to see if it would run cleared the codes,.

please if you guys have any ideas let me know. i was supposed to go out of town tomorrow(wednesday). any and all help would be great.

did u check the fuel bowl to see if your getting fuel? im not too sure which one it was, but ive gotten codes before for having a clogged fuel filter when i was running veggieoil, so that 1211 could be that, dont know, but narrow down the fuel flow first, then go from there, good luck!

ya i did check that. the fuel bowl was full and the filter is fairly new. thanks.

no not yet. it is like 20 degrees here and we are expecting like 5 inches of snow,lol! i did go buy a new icp sensor from my 24 hrs ford dealer but i havent put it in yet. i tried to buy a new ipr but the parts guy couldnt find one ! i dont think he really knew what he was doing. i am looking right now on the internet right now but where is the ipr located? thanks

go to Welcome to Outlaw Diesel :: Home and look at stock parts.or did you mean on the truck.its under your fuel bowl in back of front cover and is on the d-side on hpop.

ok well this is my gameplan for the morning, change the icp sensor, change the ipr, and check the oil resavoir(sp?). it has to be at least 1" from the top correct? do these things seem to be the correct steps for this issue? thanks

I can get it there in 24 hr but I would just buy it from ford or someone selling ford parts,faster.I think you got her

what size is it to get the ipr off? i got the solnoid off it already but not the valve. also i drained the fuel bowl but it isnt filling back up. possible fuel pump?
