E99- is it hubs or bearings?

I have an early 99 truck. I left a gas station today, no issues prior to this at all. felt a bumping under my left foot, and felt like the truck had a caliper locking up. after inspection, caliper is fine. the front rotor assembly will not turn smoothly. its jerky and sounds horrible. I can lock the hubs in and it still makes the noise. does my truck have wheel bearings under the hub/rotor assembly? or is my hub shot?

Never mind...I should have known its the whole hub...I don't guess they are rebuildable are they?

Not rebuildable. But not too expensive either though

Part that the rotor bolts to, that the axle shaft goes through
