2006 F350 4WD SWD Parking Brake Issue?

I just had my fuel injector control module replaced at a shop after having my truck towed in to the shop. The wrecker driver had me set the parking brake when we put it on the flat bed, which hadn't been used for at least two years and when I drove the truck home yesterday (about 15 miles) and I got out of the truck I noticed the smell of something very hot.

As I walked around the truck I decided the smell was coming from my right rear wheel well and when I felt the wheel it was pretty hot near the hub.

Since I hadn't used the parking brake for a very long time I suspected that it didn't release properly for that wheel and tried setting and releasing it several times but couldn't tell if that helped.

Is there a way to check if I my suspicion is right about the parking brake not releasing?

I'm aware that it could be a caliper or the caliper pins and possibly a bearing but since it just showed up right after the parking brake was used for the first time in a long time I'm betting that's the problem.

Ideas? Suggestions?

Thanks,
Bob

Some gooling around found me this. Do y'all think it applies to my truck? i know this is for adjustment but if I have a similar brake drum should I be able to figure out the problem if I pull the wheel and dig into it?
