Exclamation F350 front end shake

Ok i have been having issue after issue since my low fuel and "fuel knock" (i think the truck is gettin unhappy it hasnt gotten toys yet) i got a flat tire and my only fix, since my lug wrench seems to have gone missing, was a can of fix a flat which blew up after only a bit was in the tire. (enough for me to get to the gas station.) after this i have had a shake. i brought the truck to tires plus to have a flat repair done (they found a big screw in the tire) and it still shakes after this. i had a clicking sound from the driver's side axle when in 4wd and since it is gettin nicer out i haven't used the 4wd so i am not sure if it still is clicking or maybe the clicking has escalated to this shake. is it my axle? u joint? ball joint? bearings? anyone else had this problem? PLEASE HELP! hopefully i can get it fixed with the first part. thanks!

yeah i ran it too low i was half block from the gas station and got the dreaded fuel knock. all things were greased with my last oil change 100 miles ago. flat repair they washed all the fix a flat out. i'll bring it to another tire place thats actually reliable and have the tire rebalanced by them to start but i'm worried it's driveline failure of some sort.
