TPS?

I had the TPS replaced under factory recall a year or so ago.

Last night the truck is running fine and all of a sudden the skinny pedal doesn't work.

I went out and started her up this morning and noticed that none of the gauges are working. Going to check all the fuses- anybody know if there's a fuse that controls the throttle sensor?

You should always post the Year of your truck, especially with an electrical issue. If you have a '99 to a mid '01 this is the same except for the fuse #. Instead of #45 it's gonna be #19. If it's newer (not sure when it changed again but at least to an '03), then it's as-is.
