Grinding Noise

Ok, My moms 01 Ford F350 Dully. I changed the brakes put wheels on and torqued. and 3 of the studs had broke I guess I over torqued 125lbs. anyway she got that fixed and no it makes this zipping noise/grinding,. It will stop and then get fast and loud and then stop. It doesn't happen when applying the brakes. Any Ideas?? PLEASE HELP

yeah, check the dust shields, sometimes they hit the caliper. happened to me a few times, real loud noise.

yeah, I over looked the studs breaking, thats a sure fire sign for bad hubs, I sheerd off 6 at one time. Its pretty impressive.
