Wheel Stud Spinning
Just got the tires rotated and balance but they weren't able to remove one of the rear lug nuts so i told them to just break the stud... it didn't break. and now the stud is just spinning with the lug nut on it, so i can't remove the wheel at all...
How do i break it or get it off?? I don't see any way to access it from the back to grind it off?? Any ideas would be great guys, Thanks |

You're gonna have to do it from the front, the back of that stud is nowhere you can get to now...
What kind of wheels do you have, are they stock steel? Aluminum? Plasma Cutter? Air Chisel? I would think you need to CUT the nut. |

Thanks for the input...
Here's what i came up with: -3/4", 1/2" drive socket -Vise grips -1/2" drill bit Basically drilled it out enough to where i could just pull the what was left of the lug nut off. I new stud is only like $5 and $3 lug nut, so not to bad on the wallet |
