2002 F250 4 X 4 problems

I have an '02 F250 7.3 auto. with the auto/manual hubs. It feels like the front tires are dragging on concrete during hard turns ,sometimes. My front driveshaft turns all the time regardless of transfer case gear selection. When I change transfer case selection with the switch on the dash, I hear clunks as it goes from 4 hi to 4 lo and back, but nothing from 2 hi to 4 hi and back.Is my truck in 4wd all the time? Thanks in advance for any input.

If your driveshaft is turning than yes atlease one hub is locked or stuck.sometimes you can tap on them and it will disengage. Mine does it everyonce in awhile when I use 4x4.

What do you think about the noise or lack of noise issue when shifting gears in the transfer case?

i would check your lockout's and see how that goes, but i personally prefer the warn lockout's. The only downfall from doing the swap to warns is you have to get out and lock them in when you want 4wd.
