Major braking problem

2003 F350 7.3 4x4 lifted 6.5". When I go to brake it feels like the front of my truck has square tires. It will rattle the teeth out of your head. The front of the truck shakes to no end like it has huge flat spots on the tires. I have already replaced brake pads and rotors (thought it might have been a warped rotor). Still doing it. Some say that it might be ball joints and others say maybe ABS. ABS light sometimes comes on for a few minutes if I haven't ran my truck in a couple of weeks. Any ideas?
