Exclamation FRONT STUB AXLE '99 F250

i HAVE A '99 F 250 I JUST BOUGHT IT A WEEK AGO AND IT NEEDS AN OUTER AXLE ON THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE...MY QUESTION IS WILL AN OUTTER SHAFT(JUST THE YOLK OUT) FROM THE DRIVER SIDE WORK ON THE PASSENGER SIDE....AND ALSO WILL ONE OFF OF A '02 SHAFT WORK ON MY '99

I think the outer shafts are the same but not %100 I think they have different part numbers.

but the drivers side should fit on my truck off of that axle you think???
