REPLACING STARTER

I am trying to replace my starter on a 2003 F250 super duty diesel with a 6.0 engine. How many bolts are there holding it on and are there any tricks? I can get to two bolts but I think there is a third that I can't see.

The third goes in from the bell housing side IIRC...

Is the third bolt you are referring to longer than the others. I may have taken it out and then put it back in thinking that it was not actually a starter bolt. Are all of the bolts visible from the underneath side of the truck (non hidden)?
