Need some info....F550 4x4 front axle U-joints and bearings.

I have a 2000 F550 4x4, and the u-joints in the drive axles are shot.
I think the bearings are junk as well.
Can anyone tell me (or link me to a page!) what I am up against here, like the dis-assembly procedure, part numbers, and like that? I'm not a total newbie to things like this, but have never taken one of these apart...
