Transmission and Transfer case problems...

As i was coming home from work the other day i had several loud clunks from the drive train..... Pulled over on the hwy and my transfer case is hanging by the drive shafts. After getting the truck home on a flatbed i unbolted the shafts and yanked out the t-case. It has a busted housing where the yoke from the transmission slides into the t-case. Can i just replace the yoke from the transmission, where it slides into the t-case and the housing that bolts everything together????? Any help would be great, so far im striking out with searching online. I have a couple pics on my phone but not sure how to upload them...... Thank you for your time, hope its not to much of a mess.

So im going to need the transmission shaft, female end on the tranfer case and the housing to bolt it back together. Is this possible? or do i have to replace the transmission and t-case?
