drive shaft wobble

while pulling my gooseneck trailer with a load i have a horrible deep clunking noise and vibration around my drive shaft and transfer case. I have replaced the u joints and the carrier bearing. i looks like the drive shaft is coming out of alignment. It only does it when in the low rpms while taking off.
