Smoked a Chevy!

On my way home tonight from teaching class, I was coming along a chevy 1/2 pickup. I wasn't trying to race or any thing, just talking to my wife on the ear piece. I was doing the speed limit.

It was a 4 lane highway, hardly any cars on the road. This guy was reving the engine while going down the road. At first I thought maybe he's trying to get ahead of me, but kept pulling forward then backed off.

My first thought is this guy can't be serious.

But at the stop light, he pulled along the side of me and started to rev his engine. Then I said the heck with it. When the light turned green, I let her rip. I don't have a muffler or a cat, so I know it was loud with his window down.

I pulled away from him like a freight train, it wasn't even worth it. But with a chance to cover him in smoke was sure worth it.

It was over after before even leaving the intersection.

I know it was only a 1/2 ton, but he seriously asking to get smoked. So..............Why not!

yeah, not really worth it being a half ton gasser... i own one and I will be the first to admit its slow as all hell....

At first I wasn't even going to bother. But I started to think of all the Powerstroke brothers out there cheering me on. Doooo it, doooo it, doooo it, it was really weird hearing that

Honestly, I don't think that he's going to pick on any more powerstrokes. LOL

It is funny how many people out there have absolutely know idea how much power and torque our trucks make. I liked killin guys like that when my truck was still stock!! Especially some high school punk in the import daddy bought him. It is great seeing the look on their faces when they realize they got smoked by a truck weighing almost 4 times as much as their car. "My lug nuts take more torque than you car makes dumbass!!" Go home little man.
