Ok guys im new to the 6.0 buisness an my best friend has a 01 dodge 2500 cummins an says you cant make power from a 6.0. He is makeing 500 hp with spray. But he runs 8.10 or 8.2 in 8th mile what will it take to get a 04 f250 extended cab 4x4 auto to that time.I dont have too much money but i already have the xcal 2 and like the looks of the looney tune. But any help or recomendations on what an were to get it would be wonderful thanks.

Hate to say it but your gonna need some deeeeeep pockets. Those Cummins can make some good power.

Injectors, FICM tuneing, good engine and trans tune. Thats just a start.

BEFORE you get any further get a set of guages. Min trans temp, egt, and boost. Just so you can see if your gonna cause problems.

Before you start mod'ing read everything you can and ask tons of questions. The ORG is one of the best places to get GOOD info.

after the gauges, look into an intake,exhaust,and some custom tune for that sct. just those upgrades you will see a major improvement
