Worried about 4wd Launch

I've read about 4wd launches and boosting and whatnot but Im concerned about my twin I beam front axle. Will it be OK to launch with that? I wasn't sure if its not great for it compared to a straight axle. And also, I'd assume just leave the 4x4 in until im all the way down the track?
Thanks and sorry if this questions been asked a million times and I just dont know. I tried search and didnt find much.

You dont have to build tons of boost. 5psi will get you spooled enough to kill the lag and not enough to break stuff. trust me, i've been drinking.
