4WD launch

If I launch my truck off the line in 4WD, will it hurt anything to switch it out after I get down teh track far enough to get traction? Or can it hurt the t-case? Should I leave it in 4WD all the way down the track? Over 100 mph top speed. See my signature to see what trcuk I'm talking about. Thanks

Its okay to launch in 4wheel but not okay to go over 55 mph in 4 wheel.

I knew that I could launch it in 4WD, but I was wondering if the t-case is going to be able to disengage if the drivetrain has a load on it. How can you get it to disengage after the launch? Thanks

I'm still pulling some G's in 2nd, but that should work. I just am concerned that while the gears are pulling out of 4WD, that they could be damaged.
