Launch at Strip?

I will be running my truck at SSS for first time at the strip. I am just wondering how to do it. I know right now, that 2wd is NOT and option. Its wants to spin wayyyyy easy with the mods I have, and I havent even gotten my chip back from TW yet!

So, in 4 hi, what RPMs do I wanna leave at? I have a stock trans. Also, I dont wanna build heat and bake my trans, so whats the procedure to get a hard launch, but not build heat while sitting/staging at the line?

Also, I am sure I am in no need to worry about my drive shafts right? I dont know power levels yet, but I suspect I am in the 375 RWHP range, is this a correct assumption with the mods listed? Thanks!

Oh, and this is not my first trip to the strip, I have raced my Mustang many many times. Nut this is an auto, and 4wd. My mustang was a 5 spd, and RWD. I have got the Basics down.

Im pretty sure safe boosting levels with a stock trans would be 10 pounds for a booster launch, more than that and youll have to start worrying about blowing your output shaft
