The launch

I read about some guys,"building boost" at the line beforemaking a run. How is this done? Is it just a brake stand?

Pretty much, hold the brake and roll into the throttle to build boost.

yes your right, make sure you have it in 4x4 ( if you have it) come up to the line hold the brake, giver some gas get your rpm's to 2,000/2,200 and GO

Why 4x4? hubs unlocked I asume?

Because if your in 2 wheel, your never get off the line you will just sit there and smoke the tires, i always lock my hubs in

I would take my 6.0 up to 22psi and let her rip in 4x4. At 24 psi it would bark and bounce a time or two.
