Finally went to the track.

So I finally took the truck to the truck. My fastest and quickest time was 9.4989 @ 70.05. which was against a mustang who lifted the front tires over half the track. I raced a 5.7 GTO and beat him by .9190. I raced a Duramax and beat him by .1650. I raced another Duramax who only made it about 30 foot before the tie rods decided to take a sh!t on him. I think I could do go in braket racing since every run besides the 9.4, was 9.53. I raced 7 times before the track closed.

When I went to Cecils earlier in the month I remember thinking I would do well bracket racing at our 1/8mile track in Manassas here. Even though my 1/4 times were all w/in .3, my 1/8 mile times were all within .1.

Of course that was 10.3.... Oh well, consistency is all you need bracket racing!!

Is this the truck that I always hear about trashing 6.0s that should be capable of at least .5 seconds faster than that? Seriously TJ that's pretty good for rolling on big aggressive rubber. You need some racing wheels and tires now to really let her eat.

I hear ya TJ! Actually a good 6.0 without drugs is around 8.7 but who's counting. Was this Lil Red or is it still waiting for a rear?

Hi TJ,

Congratulations! That is Awesome!

We'll be at Moroso on the 19th & 20th for a NHRDA event. Can you make it? It will be great to finally meet you and see your truck run!

Thanks,
Vivian
