Wow that ended up being quite a wreck. At first I thought "that isn't so bad" then the rest of it happened!

Looks like he never got out of the throttle with the smoke rolling out the pipes the whole way. I wonder if he had a the throttle cable bind up on him?

yeah I saw that too, he was rolling over into the poll, and still blowing coal.
