Qualcomm Drags Friday 3/7

Mike and I are going down to Qualcomm on 3/7 for some more racing. After my trucks very good consistency at Bakersfield, and learning a few more things, I'm going to be working on my R/Ts and keeping the truck consistent. Also found out that they will run brackets for you if you have someone else that wants to run. Hopefully I can find someone so I can start working on my "top end" racing too.

I have been learning a lot and am starting a log book to keep my stats as suggested by Michael Pliska @ the Bakersfield event. If I can get my R/Ts down with some different staging then I might start running the races at Barona.

Hopefully some more of you guys can make it down. The crowd is really starting to get into the trucks. Last time we went their was a DMAX that had some work done running pretty good, and a 24V cummins that was runnin pretty good too. Let me know if you can make it!

Here's the link to Race Legal's site if you need more info, or just ask.

Man, Michael does not how to cut a light. He had that pig of a dually dialed in pretty darn good. He even knew when to hit the brakes to make his dial in closer. He is damn good. He camped with us in the pits and my wife watched his daughter while he raced. He has been racing for a few years you can tell that.

When you say Mike and you. Do you mean bigr or NW mike(from Ramona aka the mule)?

The Mule

Yeah, Pliska definitely knows his stuff. I've found a couple websites online that have some really good info as well on brackets that I've been reading. The next step for me is getting my R/T's dropped, then I'll worry about the top-end part of brackets, that seems to take a little more experience before you can really get good at it.
