What will it take to run 12's? 2005 6.0

Hi all, this is my first post but i've been lurking for awhile on this site. Anyways here's the deal..

I have a 2005 f-250 4-door 4x4 Long bed, all stock suspension, tire, and mod wise aside from an egr delete. I plan on doing a 4 inch mbrp turbo back and sct tuner from innovative, but what else would you guys say it would take to get my truck to a 12.99 or around that mark? Also what other mods might I need to do (if any) to keep anything from breaking at that power level. I know head studs are recommended but I'm probably gonna press my luck for awhile as I don't have the 3k plus for that just yet. also Truck is around 115k miles. Thank in advance for any and all help.

Do you want to do it fuel only or with nitrous?

Nitrous 12's

SCT, ARP headstuds EGR delete and a bottle. That will get you twelves.

Fuel only

All of the above minus the bottle and the below

225cc injectors, New Turbo,

How do these transmissions hold up? Would I need any preventative modding to keep from having problems in that area? Also would I need bigger injectors for the nitrous or no? I see most people going with a dry kit on here.

Dry kit is about the only way to go.

The trans will eventually need attention but they hold up to 500rwhp for quite a while as long as you arent beating on it constantly

Ok, I hate to keep asking questions but what Tranny mods exactly should I be looking at should I choose to reinforce it for piece of mind?
