my first time....

Well i took the plung and went to the track tonight. First time i have ever taken a car down the track here are the results from the 3 times.
first:
right lane with tailgate down(brother put it down and I didnt know)
R/T .391
60 2.062
330 6.099
1/8 9.534
MPH 71.10
1000 12.532
1/4 15.078
MPH 88.41

Second time:
left lane
R/T .515
60 1.952
330 5.960
1/8 9.386
MPH 71.28
1000 12.368
1/4 14.891
MPH 89.38

Third:
Left lane
R/T .327
60 1.931
330 5.929
1/8 9.362
MPH 71.29
1000 12.348
1/4 14.878
MPH 89.07

6" lift 35x 13.50 tires. stock gears. exhaust and tuner runing dougs tunes. Thanks doug!! It was fun but wasnt ready for it to be that technichal at the start. first 2 launches i had no idea about what i launched at. too busy watching the lights. 3rd time i saw 1700 and gave it more gas but no sure what i launched at. Truck weighed 8300lbs without stereo box and passenger. so i was over 8500 since passenger was 220. feels much faster than when you see a 15 second car/truck go down the track. another diesel was there. standard cab dodge with stacks that ran a 14.9. but his was a manual. was funny when everyone said the guy wetting down the burnout box ran when i came in to it. I was going to go around the box since i didnt need to do a burnout bu the way they were set up you had to go through it. so what the hell dumped some black smoke...
