First time at the track

Me and some friends went to Steele Friday night. This was my first time to ever go to a track. I made four passes and loved it. My first run was a 15.235 no boosted launch.

My next run on X-Street (Left lane)


Then my best run with SRL (Left Lane)

Just curious as to why no boosted launch?

I haven't went down the strip yet but I have made a couple "passes" on a certain road next to my house; put it in 4hi, powerbrake it up for a few seconds untill it builds about 12psi and let her rip - she'll take off like a rocket

I can't wait to run mine down the strip though - I may try 2wd...

I was slightly boosted on my very first run, then my buddy told me to go. So I went. The next runs I did were boosted. The last run,and my best time, I boosted to about 12psi and spun when I left the line. All passes were in 4hi.

Drop your tire pressures and launch harder next time. You've still got some more left in it...

You still on stock tires? I'm guessing so since you said you spun even in 4hi...
