Slicks Question...

OK...If I were to say, get a good deal on some slicks, what would be a good size for my 2000 PSD?

I would think that a 16 or 17 inch wheel would be the best to clear the brakes and still be light enough. I'm thinking about some stock 16" wheels. So, a better question would be: "What would be a good size slick for a stock PSD wheel?"

Id work on more hp mods and a decent clutch way before id think about getting slicks. IMO you are along ways away from needing slicks.

There aren't many slicks available in a 16" rim size. These are as close as I've found so far:

MandHTires.com

It wouldn't fit on a 7" wide rim, you'd need a 10". Plus, they aren't exactly cheap.

Yeah yeah...I was just thinking about it...I've got someone who is selling some 16" slicks and was wondering if they were the right size. (I suck at tire sizes!)
