Slicks on all 4 corners doesn't sound like a bad idea...

OR, how about slicks on the rear wheels plus some traction bars? I have some that'll work for 2WD if you ever want to go that route.

I had to hook up the timing system today to make sure everything was working before we start racing this year. I managed to best my old time of 17.48 with this:

2.599 60'
7.147 330'
10.927 1/8
65.00 MPH
14.179 1000'
75.81 MPH
16.906 1/4
82.18 MPH

This was with a slightly wet track (spun a little before the 60') and no VHT. Hopefully this weekend I can try again. The trick was by launching in second gear, it allows me to bring up the boost and not spin too much.

Edit: I'm an idiot, my best was a 16.48. Ugh...

Here is my best run so far from March 1 2008...

I am Car # 304 in the left lane both times, Car# 106 is Echo (Chris) in the right lane...I believe that the right slip is Chris' best run so far as it is mine.

Drug free, that is the best part. Well and the part where you tuned the truck yourself and if I remember what you told me, it weighs around 7K.
