Lope idle doesn not work

I emailed about my lope idle not working. I never got a responce back.

He has an auto email response message saying he is out of town until Jan. 27th.

If you want him to adjust the lope idle please send the chip back. Put a note in the box and tell him what is going on. He'll adjust it for you.

Lope idle may act differnetly from truck to truck.

I honestly just wantt a refund on what it cost for the ope idle which i believe was 45.00 That option isnt worth having to uninstall the chip and pay for the shipping back. I will take a video to show you it doesnt work if you would like. But i would honestly just like the refund on it.
