Excellent Customer Service !!!

Over the Holidays I sent my tuner to Jody and Diane to be re burned for a new set of injectors I got. Long story short the post office messed up and it took a while for them to get my tuner. Once Jody and Diane figured out what the hold up was they went to the post office and picked up my tuner and got it sent back to me that same day. They were always very polite and prompt with returning my phone calls and emails. I can't tell you that DP tuner is better than brand A,B or C but the customer service is the best in the business. The trans shifting improvements with the tuner are amazing compared to stock. The 60HP tow is awesome!!! How often do you talk to an actual person on the phone these days with out having to push 1 for english ??? Thank you Jody and Diane for your great service you have a customer for life here in Texas

ts service sucks i fried my chip and pcm togeather about a month ago and i'm still with out a chip ts just called me today when i sent it priority mail 200 miles away early dec. now they won't cover it under lifetime warrenty they said it only covers non fried chips if they are not broke like cut wire smashed box water damage and nothing can be wrong with connections. so basicly what i got out of it is they cover nothing
