New F6 chip info

Due to hurricane Gustav ripping through the gulf a couple of weeks ago there has been a short delay on receiving the F6 boards. We are expected to have these by the end of September.

Diane, what operating systems will the F6/5 be compatable with as far as laptops? thanks

Windows 2000 SP 4 and newer,XP, and Vista

Ah it's ok, good thing I'm running both OS on the same laptop Just preferred Mac.

I am getting a Mac soon. I like the new OS for Mac. We'll definately look into the possiblity of using the MAC also.

Looking at the X leopard. I like the sleak look and the new OS seems to be what I need. I dunno, Jody's the IT man.(use to be) I let him decide what we need in that aspect.

I am a Mac OSX user as well and while I don't own a chip yet, once I do get one I was wanting the F6 but I guess that won't be a option anymore.

well you be able to change your own tunes on this? or just up load ones from you guys?

We'll test the parallels or Fusion software to see if it works. If it does, your good to go.
