Talking THANK YOU DP TUNER

Folks, I am writing this to reconize the folks at DP Tunes. My wife and I want to thank both Jody & Dianne for their help, kindness and consideration. Second for installing my chip and repairing the pc board.

I bought my chip from these folks back in March, 09. About 6 months later, I took the chip and my 2001 Excursion to a diesel mechanic here in Charleston, SC for him to do the install. Well, he was unable to install the chip and make it work. He sent me away with the story the chip was defective. In Sept., 09, my wife took the X and chip to Jody. He found the mechanic had buffed the contacts so much he had damaged the computer board. Jody repaired it, installed the DP chip and it worked. Now for the best of this story. Jody did not charge one red cent to us. Thank you folks for being a class act!!!!!

Also, my says these are two of the nicest folks you will ever want to meet!!

Thanks for taking the time and being honest!!

George & Sharon

DP Tune Folks

According to my wife, they are the nicest 2 people to meet. And, I think they were overly fair to us.

I haven't driven it, but she says it runs like a scalded dog in the 80 hp economy setting. She's leaving on a trip next week & she will check the mileage. We know what we are getting prechip so we'll calculate it post chip.

I'd buy from them again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And you are....

quite welcome - Diane

Sharon topped it off said it took her 15 minutes. Then drove from west Georgia to Bristol, TN not going over 72-73. She filled it back up and calculated her mileage. It was almost 20 mpg. A little disappointed, but it is what it is.

She does like the new performance.

No we don't. I would call Charlie at KermaTDI and he'll get you taken care of. He retuned our '01 VW Beetle that Jody's father now drives and he did him good. Good guy!!!
