They were hiding lol..I just spoke to Vivian 2 days ago and she said that she didnt have email or didnt get any emails up until the 5th of January. Try them again or just shoot them a call.

We're open. We closed between the 27th of December and 7th of January. Unfortunately, during the holidays I made a mistake and deleted Outlook Express. The auto reply is supposed to say that we lost all the emails and to please resend if we have not replied. When you receive the auto reply, we got your email. When did you send it?
