Traveling is unlikely the case. The market sucks and everybody is down in the aftermarket world. Times are tough right now. Lifetime tunes is a crock anyway.

Just call ID for real tunes anyway

I agree that things happen. No doubt about it.

I agree that DJ and Viv personally do not owe anyone anything. It's nothing personal. The company closing, however should have handled better.

Well, let me go back and clarify. If they don't ever plan on reopening again, then they don't owe anyone a thing. They can piss off who ever they want. But it sounds like when things get straightened out, they might reopen. That's where I think they should have had more professional courtesy. It's like they are bitting the hand that feeds them. At least that's the way I see it.

Way to go DJ's appreciate the life time tunes and customer service and the notice you gave all us loyal customer that gave you such great reviews.

I expect enough of a refund to pay for another SCT programer to update my tunes for a life time.
Dude, don't start knocking them if you don't know the situation. If i was in the same position and had to choose family over business, I'm gonna choose family. That is what they did and I can respect their decision for that. I'm just as upset as anyone, but i'm not going to hold that against them. They are two of great people and I wish nothing but the best for them and their family.

It's life, deal with it and get over it
