99 F350 wheels/tires

My dad has a 99 f350 and is looking to get some new wheels and tires.

He found these wheels and likes them : Fuel Hostage Chrome 20x12

He likes the deep dish look so whatever he gets must have a deep dish.

As for tire he wants an A/T to cut down on road noise around a 36 x 14.5
