At this time we are unable to mail order Interco tires. If you have a Discount Tire in your area I recommend checking in with them to see what they can do for you. They maybe able to special order the SSM16 in for you.

i wont run a mud grappler they dont impress me in the mud and they dont seem to last for anybody

i am however thinking about trying out the trail grapplers if you can get them in those sizes or something close

The largest 16" size Nitto is producing their Trail Grappler in currently is size 285/70-16. If you're after decent mud traction and life, another model that may interest you is the Hankook DynaPro MT RT03.
