Yep, that's us. We do sell some product on Ebay. Sounds like you got a smokin deal. Thank you for your support.

Yes it was a great deal, I got lucky as a set of the same size went for about 800 a few weeks prior I got outbid. I was glad I did when I got the other set, lol.

With that deal and all of my previous dealings with DTC/DTD I am a customer for life.

I also called the next closest store to the Goliads zip code and they said they would help you if the Goliad store wasn't beging helpful enough. Good luck to you and thanks for the heads up with this.
OK today my wife had a nail in her tire we went to Discount had that taken care of no problem

I talked with Jorge again today and he gave me basically the same thing you mentioned here again to me. He said I'd have to talk with some guy named David or Dave, he was a district manager and would call me tomorrow morning and give me an answer. I told Jorge that Understand about them not being able to give me a tire replacement warranty I really just wanted the balancing and rotate warranty is all.
So will see what happens again tomorrow

Ah I see, that's why you are having so much trouble getting them balanced. I didn't realize you had beadlocks. There is a lot of liability with beadlocks so some of our regions have stopped doing them. If it was up to me I'd have them do then all day but It's not up to me. I hope they can work something out for you, good luck.

Well just talked to a Dick Wagner in person and he said unless I bought them from Discount Tire that he will not do it, a flat out no. So personally I think if a person wants to have his tires balanced at Discount you need to spend $700.00 more than what you need too ...

Thanks for your help here !!!!
