I lived in bend for my elem and middle schooling, then moved to Sisters for High school. I was in Central Oregon for about 12 years. My folks still live in Sisters actually and I have a sister that lives in Redmond. Where are you at?

I'm in Salem/Keizer, born here and lived here through school etc... but raised in Central Oregon out camping, hunting and fishing! Mom has lived in LaPine since 96 so I've spent tons of time over there and lived in Bend for a year but just couldn't make a living and moved back to the valley.

Now we understand that we aren't always the lowest price but we want to be and we will try to match or beat anyones price that is lower but there are times when we just can't. Mike you sound like you got a heck of a deal. We appreciate your business, we really do, It is unfortunate that others have ruined the certificates for free replacement for you and your situation.

If you have a manufacture warranty claim that you would like us to look into please let us know we would be happy to try to take it to MT to see if they will warranty it for you.

I asked about the balance too. The San Antonio store would be more than happy to set you up with a lifetime balance. Lifetime balance for oversized tires does typically cost a little more due to the nature of oversized tires to come unbalanced quite often, but they will be happy to do it for you if that's what you would like.

I am sorry if there was any mix up or missunderstanding. Personally, I think its pretty cool that people will go out of their way to come buy our warranties. That speaks loud for how good they are.

The lifetime balance is all I'm looking for I understand about the other thats for sure .. I want to keep going to Discount as 15 years with you guys I have been more than happy !!
I just want to keep my tires balanced thats for sure . As for any problems with the tires none they are fine and run true. I just wanted to make sure all was on the up & up from what I was told..

That's what I spent most my time doing there too, fishing, camping and hunting. I really miss that about Oregon, I'm starting to do more of there here in AZ but nothing beats the Central Oregon Summer and Trout fishing. I still fish it some with my dad when I go out there one of my favorite spots is just outside of Lapine on the Deschutes. German Browns!!!! I just got back from a fishing trip here in AZ and hooked into some nice fish. I'll see if I can post some pictures. They'll make even some of my Oregon boys jealous.

I called the Goliad store, didn't speak with Jorge though but I did speak with someone that was there on saturday and they said they can and will do your balance for you. I am not sure why they weren't more helpful on saturday. I also called the next closest store to the Goliads zip code and they said they would help you if the Goliad store wasn't beging helpful enough. Discount, are you the same guy/people that do the auctions on E-bay? I snagged a set of used Terra Grapplers size 305/55/20 a couple of years ago for 560 bucks. I was kind of weary because of the no reserve price and being used, but they came to the house and although you could tell they had a few revs on them, they still had traces of the tits on them. They balanced with very little weight and were as good as new but with a price less than half. I was very, very pleased and I have been watching the DTD auctions ever since in case I need new tires or find a deal I just can't pass up. I've always been happy with Discount Tire Companies.

Are you talking about up the 44 road or by the log jam? Those two places are where my mom and I fish a lot. Well not in the last year or so.... but we've spent a lot of time there.
