Magnaflow 2008 Superduty Exhaust just released!
Magnaflow has just released their offering for the new 2008 Super Duty trucks! These are DPF back kits, and from the looks of the numbers, looks like there are some gains to be had.

The Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act protects you against the dealer abusing their warranty control. They are forced to prove that the aftermarket component caused the failure. I did a quick review of this at the link noted above. I do not see any wording that specifically deals with aftermaket modifications. The only wording is see is "The federal minimum standards for full warranties are waived if the warrantor can show that the problem associated with a warranted consumer product was caused by damage while in the possession of the consumer, or by unreasonable use, including a failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance." Would aftermarket performance items come under the "unreasonable use" category? I don't think so but I am not a lawyer.
