99 7.3 diagnostic code

On my truck when I program it back to stock it throws the code P0603-PCM processor keep alive memory (KAM) error, it only throws the code when it's programmed to stock settings. Can anyone tell me what the problem might be and what needs to be done to fix the problem?

You actually don't have a problem....

What you're seeing is a code set because the PCM went, momentarily, unpowered when programming. The same thing would happen if you pulled the PCM fuse, unplugged the PCM from the truck, or even disconnected the batteries for even a brief second.

So, it's the one code you can just ignore!
