6.4 powerstroke cold start problems

I have a 2008 ford f250 fully deleted and arp head studs spartan tuned and A couple weeks ago it started acting weird in the mornings, it starts fine and when it's starts you can tell it has a miss in it and it sounds like the truck is trying to hydro lock you can hear the injectors like they are overloading and it's blowing a lot of white smoke and there is a knock in the motor? It's was throwing and cylinder#2 contribution/balance code and when it's cold it throws #2 misfire code so I put a injector in and nothing still dose it. I talked to a Mechanic and he said the knock sounds like a lifter and the reason it's running weird when cold is maybe the oil pressure is off but lifters are a big job in the 6.4 and don't won't to throw a bunch of$$ in it and that still not it, and a nother guy I know had a similar problem and it wus his ficm, need help bad!! Thanks
